Recently we stumbled across Ryan’s work and discovered he doesn’t live too far from HeyThere headquarters in downtown Burlington (about an hour from Toronto). It’s exciting to see such great talent out here in the suburbs. Ryan has a vibrant style. You can see traces of vintage manga and anime (think Astro Boy) and the work of Max Fleischer (Betty Boop) in his pieces.
