Pierre-Paul is an illustrator from Montreal whose work is excitingly bizarre. It reminds us of the work that Terry Gilliam did for Monty Python in that it’s surreal, often political and always enjoyable. The pieces are essentially a collection of collages, each one meticulously crafted from found imagery. The use of bright heavily saturated colours lend them a pop art feel. It’s not surprising that Pierre-Paul’s work often finds it’s way into Art Galleries.
